I have never called an investigator, am I doing the right thing?
Nobody ever calls an investigator until a situation arises that requires one. People call plumbers, carpenters, and electricians, but very seldom an investigator so it is imperative that Lyons Investigations answers all of your questions clearly. There are no stupid questions so we want our clients to ask us anything.
How much does it cost to hire an investigator at Lyons Investigations?
This is a tricky question to answer without being informed of the type of case, specific information regarding the matter, and the time with which the investigator has to complete the assignment. Lyons Investigations does not charge an hourly rate. We charge a flat rate for the case based on the information the client has provided. The time and particulars are calculated and a flat rate is quoted to the client. We prefer our clients to not be worrying about 5 minutes here or 10 minutes there. Just like attorneys, we require our retainer before the case is started and will require our client to sign a retainer agreement.
What type of information do I need to provide the investigator?
Everything you can think of. Sometimes there are tidbits a client might not think is important but it actually is. Always be prepared to tell your investigator everything in your phone call to inquire about services.
Will the investigator go to court to testify if needed?
Absolutely. Lyons Investigations will follow your case to the conclusion and testify in court at no charge to you. We are there until the very end of your investigative matter.
